Our extended Christmas Returns run from 15th November until 15th January 2022. We are very strict on this return period and under no circumstances can an order be returned later than the above date.

Returns and Refunds accepted within 14 days from when delivered (unless otherwise stated on product page), providing proof of purchase.
Item must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
No Marks, Stains, Smells or Damage will be accepted.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at, this includes sale items.
The return can be rejected if any of the above Policy Terms are not met.

We Quality Control (QC) every garment as it is packed for delivery. However, we still advise checking for any small defects or order errors once received. Once the tags have been removed / garment has been worn, we can no longer be responsible for any defects. Any damages or errors found must be reported to our customer service team or a member of staff before the 14 day returns period.
You as the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. Any losses or damages occurred when returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. We advise sending the return parcel tracked / recorded to cover this.
